1. Balance dopamine (your feel-good hormone) and serotonin (regulates mood, sleep and cognitive function) with herbs like Ashwagandha and Ginkgo Biloba and ST John’s wort



2. Your recommended daily diet are:
40% protein 
Whey instead of protein bars
Red meat from grass-fed cows
Free range poultry products 
Lentils, quinoa.

30% Good fats
Fatty fish – Mackerel, Salmon, Sardines
Avocados
Olive oil 
Nuts and seeds

30% Healthy carbs
Brown rice
Whole wheat pasta
Starchy vegetables like sweet and irish potatoes
Non-starchy vegetables like Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach and onions

  • Increase your calcium, zinc and magnesium levels with herbs like Moringa, Cloves and peppermint.
